Gentle, Practical Support for Neurodiverse Business Owners and Employees in Brighton & Hove and Across the UK
Helping you build structure, reduce overwhelm and grow a business that works with your ADHD, not against it.
Running a business and being neurodiverse comes with amazing creativity and big ideas, but also comes along with challenges that can make daily tasks feel overwhelming.
I provide neuridiverse business support for entrepreneurs, founders, and creatives who want structure, clarity and systems that actually work for the way their brain works.
In my experience, neurodiverse business owners don’t need fixing, they need the right support.
Reassurance
You are not broken. You are not lazy. You are not incapable.
Many of the struggles you experience come from trying to fit into systems designed for neurotypical brains. With my support, you don’t have to mask, over-explain, or apologise for how you think. I create a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are and talk honestly about what feels challenging.
Structure
Neurodiverse brains are full of ideas, creativity, and energy. They can also get pulled in multiple directions, leaving tasks unfinished or priorities unclear. Instead of trying to suppress that, we build structure around it.
Together we create clear priorities, simple systems, and practical plans. We reduce decision fatigue, manage distractions, and put workflows in place that support your focus rather than drain it. Structure does not mean rigid rules, it means clarity and flows that work for you.
Guidance
Support isn’t just about setting up systems and leaving you to manage them alone.
We review what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and build accountability that feels encouraging rather than overwhelming. You’ll have consistent, neurodiverse-aware guidance from someone who understands both the creative spark and the executive function challenges of running a business.
Understanding the Barriers Neurodivergent Professionals Face
Many talented professionals with ADHD, AuDHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurodivergent brains operate below their potential, not because they lack skill, but because traditional work structures create constant friction.
Executive function challenges, time-blindness, working memory difficulties, processing differences, or sensory overwhelm can make everyday business tasks exhausting.

Supporting prospect management and follow-ups
It doesn’t matter what your profession is, I work with personal trainers, therapists, writers, freelancers, creative professionals, IT specialists, small business owners, and more. My aim is to give you back time, energy, and headspace so you can focus on the parts of your business you love, without the constant overwhelm.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
With the right support in place you’ll feel more organised, stay on top of prospects and follow-ups, and run a business that thrives in a way that feels sustainable, manageable, and true to you.
Support can be delivered in person (Brighton-based) or online. Between sessions, you can reach me via phone, email, or WhatsApp whenever you need guidance or accountability.
Access to Work Funding
My services are available as a private, self-funded investment or with funding. You may be eligible for financial support through the UK government’s Access to Work scheme.
Access to Work can provide funding towards support for people with disabilities and neurodivergent conditions, including ADHD, AuDHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. This funding can contribute towards coaching, business support, and practical assistance.
Applications currently take time to process, and approval is not guaranteed. That’s why support can begin immediately as a private service, with Access to Work funding helping to offset costs once approved.
I can guide you through eligibility and help complete the Access to Work application form so it clearly reflects the support you need.
